Violin video: Ingolf Turban on Paganini’s Capricci op. 1

Rhapsody in School
For years we’ve been supporting a music project that has what it takes: “Rhapsody in School”, set up by the pianist Lars Vogt. Instead of moaning about a supposed lack of interest amongst children and young people in “classical” music or trying to get every child to play an instrument, successful musicians visit schools and, thanks to their own enthusiasm and ability, awaken interest in music making amongst children. 次

Two "Best Edition" 2012 awards
G. Henle Publishers has been honoured with the German Music Edition Prize 2012 for two separate publications. On 23 March 2012 at the Frankfurt Music Fair, a volume in the Joseph Haydn Complete Edition and the Chronological thematic catalogue of the works of Max Reger and their sources were awarded "Best Edition". 次

Jingge Yan wins first prize in the Telekom Beethoven Competition Bonn 2011
The winners of this year’s International Telekom Beethoven Competition Bonn have been chosen. In the grand final of the competition, before an enthusiastic audience, the jury in the Beethovenhalle awarded first prize to Jingge Yan from China. Chi Ho Han from Korea and Rémi Geniet from France were awarded the second and third prizes. 次
