Die editorische Sorgfalt dieser Edition belegt eindrücklich der Kritische Bericht im Anhang mit Quellenbeschreibung, fabelhaft durchsichtigen Stemmata (S. 346 f. und S. 358 f.), detaillierter „Quellengeschichte und -wertung“, Editionsberichten sowie zahlreichen Faksimile-Abbildungen. Auch Optik und Haptik lassen (wie gewohnt) keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist fabelhaft klar, edel, gediegen – kostbar.
