Ordering
Basket
Add something to your basket by clicking on the button. When you have done so, the button will change colour, from black to gold.
Click on your basket to see all of the titles that are in there, including the quantity and individual price of each item, as well as the subtotal.
Order
Decide whether you would prefer to buy from a music retailer or buy direct from Henle.
Buying from a music retailer
If you choose the option “Buy from a music retailer”, you will be given the opportunity to register. You will be asked for your name, address and, if applicable, whether the delivery address is different, as well as your email address. You can then choose your preferred music retailer from the list provided. Your selected titles will then be passed on as an order request to the music retailer you have chosen. We will inform you of this via email. The music retailer will then contact you. From this point onwards your order request will be processed by the music retailer. Buying directly from Henle
If you choose the option “Buy from Henle”, you will be given the opportunity to register. You will be asked for your name, address and, if applicable, whether the delivery address is different, as well as your email address. Then you can choose your prefered shipping method.

Payment
We offer the following payment methods: VISA, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Giropay, Pay Pal and SEPA direct debit scheme.
You will be able to review your order once again before you submit it. Once you have ticked the Terms and Conditions and the returns policy, click on the button “Buy” and submit your order.
Order confirmation
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery
As a rule we will process your order within one business day. The delivery date is subject to the method of shipping chosen.
Order tracking
All of the shipping methods can be tracked. You will be sent an email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
